A civil bailiff is an individual entrusted with some authority, care, guardianship, or jurisdiction over designated persons or property. One who acts in a managerial or ministerial capacity or takes care of land, goods, and chattels of another to make the best profit for the owner.

It is best to follow the terms, conditions and notice timelines of your agreement. These will dramatically increase the rate of recovery. The longer you wait, it is more likely your asset is moved and sustain further use and damage depreciation.

We can assist and serve notices, letters of demand for payment or other legal documents leading up to a repossession. If your account is not satisfied and recovery is necessary, our bailiff will be familiar and informed to act most efficiently.

We conduct investigations and provide information, search for and supply details respecting individuals, the character of a business and persons involved or the occupation of a person. Investigators also search to locate missing persons or property.
